As I see, I haven't written anything for almost half a year. No wonder why - I hit rock bottom in many aspects of my life, and now it's time to rise again - a new year with new ways.
As I am getting better from the inside, the outside grows with it.
I finally made up my mind and I changed to large format photography. It feels like I have entered into the ultimate of photography!
Changing to large format brought me luck. Some other Hungarian photographers, craftsmen and inventors decided to sponsor me with their creations. So, I teamed up with VDS camera and Uniqball brands and the creators behind them.
VDS cameras are made by Sándor Vadász photographer and craftsman. He uses american black walnut tree, mahogany, rosewood and silver anodised aluminium components for his large format cameras. Beside the usual 4x5, 5x7 and 8x10 sizes he also build custom-sized cameras too.
Uniqball was invented by Balázs Kármán and László Novák, two well known Hungarian photographers. Uniqball is a revolutionary new type of ball head, combining all the attributes of a traditional ball head, a gimbal head, a pan & tilt head and a fluid head. It truly lives up for it's name.
It also won TIPA's "Best Accessory Award" in 2015.
I am really proud that I was trusted to use these tools on my photographic journey. You will hear and see more about them on my next travels.
